Project manager for the development of a four-level car park development on a prime 1-acre site in central Queenstown, with over 400 carpark spaces. The development comprised an innovative permanent sheet-pile wall, deep excavation and highly efficient pre-cast concrete design. (NZ$16m development).
Subsequent involvement in the feasibility study of over 6 different schemes for development of the 3,914m² top slab including offices, retail, conference and art centre proposals.
